  Wenzao OMTC has over 10 years of experience in online Mandarin teaching, and in recent years has partnered with various schools worldwide. In August 2025, Wenzao will officially launch a new school unit to provide even more opportunities for international learners to study Mandarin.

Our mission is to provide high-quality online Mandarin (Chinese) courses, supported by unique digital tools and certified teachers, to help learners achieve effective and efficient language learning outcomes.     We employ interactive teaching methods to make learning more enjoyable and effective. In addition, we offer private tutoring courses, allowing learners to arrange lessons directly with teachers and customize their study schedules with maximum flexibility.

Q3 : What is your's refund policy?

Yes, we provide a refund mechanism after course enrollment, handled in accordance with the "Implementation Regulations Governing Junior Colleges Continuing Education" issued by the Ministry of Education.

1. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount of New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) received. 

2. If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum enrollment required to open a class, the course will be canceled and all fees paid will be fully refunded. In the event of course cancellation, students will be notified by email, and refunds will be processed within 14 working days (excluding national holidays and weekends).

3. For students who have completed the registration process:

  (1)  If, due to personal reasons, a student confirms prior to the course start date that they cannot attend, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded.

  (2)  From the course start date, if a refund is requested before one-third of the course has been completed, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.

  (3) No refund will be given if a refund is requested after one-third of the course has been completed.

4.  Refund requests made by applicants will incur transaction fees and exchange rate differences, which must be borne by the applicants. Thank you for your understanding.

5. The refund process typically requires 4 to 6 weeks. As the procedures are complex and time-consuming, we kindly remind applicants to carefully consider before registering to avoid affecting their rights.
